We often hear our friends and family say that they wish they knew how to make a difference. Politics is a team sport and small things add up to make a big difference. If you are interested in engaging in activities that make a difference, whether in our local community or more broadly, here are some possibilities.
The Maine Presidential primary is on March 5th. Here is what you need to know:

When: Sunday, February 4th, 2024, from 1:00 – 3:00 PM ET
Where: Auburn City Hall Community Room, 60 Court Street, Auburn.
Who: All registered Democrats can participate
On Tuesday, November 7th, 2023 registered Auburn voters can cast their ballot for municipal officers (mayor, city council. school committee) and eight (8) statewide referendum questions.

What Can I Do If I May Not Be Able to Vote in Person on Election Day, November 7, 2023?
Absentee Ballots/Early Voting are just different ways to describe the same process…voting without going to your polling place on Election Day. Any registered Maine voter may cast an absentee/early ballot instead of voting in person on Election Day.

Because of COVID-19, the Auburn City Democrats hold their monthly meetings using the online platform ZOOM. Meetings are the third Thursday of the month from 7:00 to about 8:30 pm ET. Zoom invitations are sent to our mailing list during the week before each meeting.
Anyone may attend. Only Democrats living and registered in Auburn may offer, second, or amend motions and vote. If you wish to attend, request a Zoom invitation by sending an email to ZoomRequest@AuburnMaineDems.org and include your full name and your address.
